Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners to reduce costs for customers, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or non-defective reasons.

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.


Exclusions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

Do I Need to Ship the Item Back?

In most cases, no return is required.
For defective items, we typically resolve the issue with photos or videos only.

Refunds
